Seriously - this is not easy.
I woke up this morning and I was pretty hungry. Normally not a big breakfast person but I realize the importance of this meal so I scambled up two eggs and added some cheese. Washing it down with a glass of milk and the hunger went away - for awhile.
I did not have time to finish my stew that I plan on eating for the week last night nor this morning so I hope I can get home tonight and make that up because that is my planned dinner. Does anyone know how long too long is when it comes to soaking beans? Oh well, I will have to eat them regardless.
It is coming on lunch time and I am definately hungry. No time to head home for lunch and so I will skip that meal. Heck I am not too sure the supplies will last the week anyway so missing one is not all that bad of an idea.
Tonight I will have to finish the stew and eat well. I hope to not go through this entire week "hungry".
